The Closing Ceremony of the Master in Animal Law and Society, class of 2014-2015 will take place June 26th at 7PM, in the Aula Magna of the Law Faculty (Building B) of the Autonomous University of Barcelona. The ceremony will be attended by Prof. David Favre (MSU) and Dr. Andrea Gavinelli (DG SANTE).
The registration for the First ONLINE Edition of the Master in Animal Law and Society of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) is open. This means that you don't need anymore to be based in Barcelona to graduate the master diploma.

On 1 February 2013, "EGALS" (EuroGroup for Animal Law Studies) has been launched at the initiative of the LFDA (Fondation Droit Animal,Ethique et Sciences) with for partners Uni Basel, UAB and RWI Zurich.
One of the projects of EGALS is to organize on an annual basis a European Animal Law Conference which would take place each year at the same period (April). The first one is expected to take place in April 2014 in Basel.
We welcome this initiative as it is in the line of one of our goals: strenghten animal welfare legal education of lawyers.
