On 7.03.2016 at 18h:00 the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council on transmissible animal diseases and amending and repealing certain acts in the area of animal health, which was well-known as the Animal Health Law is moving to the next and last EU legislative step: the final debate and vote.

"Meat Scandal": Publication of a Report of EU Commission on the functioning of the meat market

The 2007 Single Market Review called for a more evidence-based approach to policy making and better monitoring of markets. In this context, the Commission developed a methodology to help monitor markets from a consumer perspective in two phases: a screening and an analysis phase.
